Core Values

Besides the basic core values— Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence, the institution strives to inculcate the values of Character-Building, Commitment, Discipline, Humility and Knowledge.

Character : Character is what we do. It is defined by the work ethics, and the code of conduct we follow. By adhering to certain qualities of righteousness, integrity and self-discipline, we are able to achieve our goals and be an example for others to emulate. Students are encouraged to be honest and hardworking and courteous in behavior towards others.

Commitment : It is the quality that makes one prepared to give a lot of time and attention to something because one believes it is right or important. The institution understands the needs of its rural youth and thus, instills its students to have the sense of being earnest and responsible to their immediate environment.

Knowledge : It is the ultimate aim of human beings to acquire. The curiosity to know more, the quest for knowledge, the spirit of inquiry, the need for introspection, to have unbiased judgment, help in realizing the universal truth. The endeavor of the institution is to create a knowledge-based society.

Discipline : Discipline instills the band of qualities as obedience, duty, regularity, punctuality, proper use of time, dignity of labor, honesty, integrity and self-discipline. The college imparts a discipline-oriented education to its students.

Humility : To be humble is a great virtue. Simple living and high thinking make one achieve loftier heights in life. It includes respect for others, service to others, kindness, sympathy, tolerance, friendship, humanism and oneness. The institution creates an environment where students learn to be humble and deep-rooted to their culture.
